Texas Collision Centers

When researching and determining which collision center I would use to repair my car, I was impressed (and maybe a bit skeptical) that every review I saw for Texas Collision Center was a 5-star review. Upon my arrival at their McKinney/Redbud Dr location, I quickly noticed they take customer service and hospitality serious. The receptionist Rebecca was very welcoming and genuinely took an interest in my situation and helped put me at ease. My service advisor, Ryan Yatman, was equally helpful and took all the time I needed to ask questions about the process and expected timing to completion. Ryan was masterful at providing timely updates and working to ensure I felt comfortable that my car was a priority for his team. If / when I need collision repair work in the future, I will be returning to Texas Collision Centers.

If you ever find yourself needing collision repair, I highly recommend Texas Collision Centers in McKinney! While no one plans to be in an automobile accident, I truly had THE BEST experience with them from start to finish. Rebecca was absolutely amazing and so personable. She took the time to help me file my insurance claim and was exceptionally thorough in explaining the next steps. That level of care and attention made a stressful situation so much easier. Weston also did a fantastic job keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process. I never felt out of the loop, and that kind of communication means A LOT to me. I’m a stickler for good customer service, and this team knocked it out of the park from start to finish! I’d gladly give them more than five stars if I could, but five is the limit. If you need collision repair or body work, do yourself a favor and give Texas Collision Centers in McKinney a call. I highly recommend them!

My experience at Texas Collision Centers - McKinney was fantastic. Ryan, my advisor, gave a fair and accurate estimate. I found their pricing to be very reasonable. The results were amazing! You would never know there had been any damage. Those who had seen the damage before I took the car in could not believe how it looked after the work done by Texas Collision Centers. Rebecca, the receptionist, does a wonderful job. She has the perfect temperament - happy, friendly, and helpful. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. Their warranty on the work done is also great. I had a wonderful experience all around.

Totally recommend Texas Collision Centers “McKinney” Rebecca was super helpful and has the best customer service, hospitality and follow up skills. Service advisor Ryan and the painter Dustin were extremely patient with me due to my car requiring extra work that was not planned and because I could not make up my mind on final details. Love this place and Love how my baby Lola turned out , they really gave my Lexus top notch treatment!
